Mark is the co-founder of ExecPath Consulting, a firm specializing in transition coaching for departing executives and termination interview training.

Before starting ExecPath, he was a senior associate at Michael Best Strategies, where he worked with healthcare technology companies on go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and strategic marketing. Mark also worked on several high-profile projects for health insurance organizations, helping them find healthcare technology companies that met their strategic requirements. Before joining Michael Best Strategies, he worked as an Executive Recruiter for Propeller Talent, a retained Executive Search Firm focused on clients in the manufacturing industry, and as a financial analyst for ManpowerGroup.

Mark has volunteered with several non-profit groups, including Newaukee, a civic organization for young professionals, where he worked on community enhancement projects, and ArtWorks, a nonprofit focused on career development for the Milwaukee Public Schools district.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a master’s in industrial organizational psychology from The Chicago School. He is currently working on his PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, where his research is focused on employment transitions and the firing process.
