Learn-Teach-Drive
The cornerstone of ExecPath is a proprietary coaching methodology called Learn-Teach-Drive (LTD™). We have observed that although clients may be profitable and functioning, the degree of profitability was often associated with an understanding of those behaviors driving business results and the degree to which leaders drove those behaviors to the lowest levels in the organization.
Our model coaches an executive (or executives) to define, teach, and drive those behaviors
that move the profitability needle in the right direction. It is a customized program
based on the needs of the organization and is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Assessments
Getting at the root of an organizations’ ability to perform effectively is often a function
of understanding the strengths and opportunities specific executives and teams exhibit
in the organization. ExecPath will often use sophisticated assessment tools to
identify executive and team performance gaps. ExecPath has a licensed assessment consultant on staff for administering and interpreting many assessment tools with the ability to accurately identify areas of strength or weakness where an otherwise effective executive displays behaviors (derailers) that may not be effective in the long term.
360° Interviews
Often, the best information is gathered through quick, confidential, in-person interviews with those interacting with the executive or the team being coached. Generally done at
the start of an engagement, these ExecPath-led interviews find areas of discussion that dramatically improve management techniques and insight and have shown
to impact tenure with managers and those being managed significantly.
Coupled with the assessment tools, the information gathered allows an ExecPath coach to get to substantive discussions to effect immediate, positive quickly
change in the organization.
