Tim Pappas started in the search and coaching industry in 1987 and has been doing both nationally. He started his coaching practice with Executive Agenda, Inc., helping him to build the organization by forming the first three Executive Agenda groups. In 1990, Tim and his business partner formed Pappas DeLaney LLC, while concurrently coaching executives from diverse industries and service organizations.

From 1999 to 2023, Pappas Delaney became the largest retained search provider in Wisconsin and served clients nationally with high-touch search services for companies needing senior-level talent for manufacturing, service, and distribution organizations. Tim sold Pappas DeLaney to his employees and, after a brief period of mentorship, left to form ExecPath LLC in 2024.

Tim continues to provide ExecPath coaching and search services. He continues his reputation as an innovative provider of organizational services centered on enhancing culture, building organizational effectiveness, and helping organizations develop hiring methods to win the competition for the best talent in the employment market.

Tim earned a BA in Social Sciences from Ferris State University, a MA in Communications from Central Michigan University, and coursework in Organizational Design and Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
